Klondike Road Relay Registration

Registering as a Runner

If your team captain has already registered a team start here!

  • Create an account if you don't have an account
    Log in if you already have an account
  • Go to the Home Page and search for the team you'd like to join, then click the "Join" button
  • Select which leg you will run, fill out the waiver, and then submit the form
  • Additional legs can be selected on the team page if you are running more than one leg
  • Consider purchasing a t-shirt or donating to help support us! Links can be found at the bottom of the team page.
Registering a Team

If you are a team captain who would like to register a team this year start here!

  • Create an account if you don't have an account
    Log in if you already have an account
  • Go to the Home Page and click "Register" for whichever team type you'd like to register
  • Accept the agreement
  • Set team type and division (if applicable)
  • Enter a team name that has not been taken
  • Click "Proceed to Payment"
  • Click the payment button to pay by credit card
  • You will get an email that includes a link to share with team members so they can join the team

FAQ

Can I change my team name?

Yes! If you're the team captain you can click the edit button beside your team name on the team page.

Can I change my team division?

Yes! If you're the team captain you can click the edit button beside your team name on the team page.

How do I set my team category?

Team category is automatically determined based on the composition of your team members once everyone has signed up.

Help! I can't claim a leg on my team page!

Make sure you have your gender and date of birth set in your profile. Some teams also require you to set a pace time.

I started an order but never paid. How do I make my team active?

If you left the order page before clicking the payment button you can access it again by:

  • Log in
  • If you see the shopping cart icon () in the red bar at the top click that, otherwise continue with the below steps
  • Go to Profile in the red bar at the top of the page
  • Under the "Incomplete Orders" section on your profile page click the date of the order you're trying to access
  • You should now see the blue "Pay with Card" button and can complete your order
